Training (approx. 2 weeks) Prior to opening your Dealership, Postinstallers and Smartboxes staff will meet with you on several occasions to review sales and marketing programs, automated order entry systems, and customer service and post installation processes. Training will be ongoing as you are performing and generating revenue through installations and supplying boxes to clients. Postinstallers and Smartboxes staff will also continue to review with you, your sales and marketing efforts. Getting ready (approx. 1 week) With the assistance of the SMARTPOSTinstallers corporate staff, you will create a grand opening plan to inform potential customers in your area that a great new Post Installers is about to open. |
