However, our operation is not really set up for immediate action on requests, so most requests can only be handled on the next business day. When will my sign go up?For most of our regular territories, installs can be done as soon as the next business day if orders are placed before noon on a business day. A specified time window will be given for the installation when you place the order. Is there any reason that my post-sign would not go up within those two days?99% of orders are completed on time. If any uncontrollable conditions prevent us from completing the order on time, we will try to inform you in advance. We've changed our mind and want to cancel the request. Can we stop the order?If you inform us to cancel on the day before the installation or earlier, we can cancel with full refund. If you try to cancel on the day of the installation, there are 3 scenarios.
I don't like where you installed the post-sign, and want it moved. Is there a charge for that?We will place the post anywhere you like on the property as long as it is safe and legal, and you inform us on the order where you would like it. If you choose, however, to allow us to use our best judgment and then disagree with our selection, there is a service call charge to go back and move it. The post/sign is not looking very good and I want you to reinstall it. Is there a charge for that?We guarantee our workmanship and materials for 30 days from the date the post-sign was installed, and we will service the post free of charge within that time period. The post is missing and I don't know what happened. How do you resolve the issue?The order is for renting our post with installation and removal service, so you are responsible for the post's well-being. If the post is missing or damaged, there is a replacement charge. Please read our terms to find the actual charge amount. |
